Abstract

Internships are secondary vocational schools one of the main forms of practice teaching, teaching plans and the implementation of key aspects of the syllabus. In recent years, vigorously develop vocational education, for the introduction of a series of documents policy, especially in 2007, \clear requirements, to further standardize the school-enterprise cooperation, students practice management, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students internship provides the policy basis. Secondary vocational school students' extracurricular internships for businesses, schools, community and students is important, it is conducive to enterprise selection and retain talent, improve the structure of human resources; conducive to deeper integration of schools and businesses, to improve quality of personnel training; facilitate the integration of use of social education resources, reduce the burden on the subject of education; conducive to promoting mutual knowledge and skills to improve students 'vocational skills; favor of flexible transition school to improve students' ability to adapt; helping to train qualified skilled personnel, and promote economic and social development. Changchun City, secondary vocational school students in off-campus internships main problems are: lack of enterprise receiving enthusiastic student internships; corporate emphasis on using student interns labor; school neglect internship service management; schools teach and what jobs need not converge; students' lack of preparation post poor adaptability; national policies can not be put in place. Causes of these problems are: lack of participation in corporate internships driving force; business students lack humane care; student management inflexible; schools and businesses lack the depth of integration; students' ideological education work is not in place; policies on enterprises lack restraint mechanism. According to the Changchun City, the problem of secondary vocational school students to practice the status quo combing and explore the cause of the problem, the author of the government, businesses, schools students in secondary vocational schools should play a role in the internship were thinking, that: It should be the target of convergence, the same interest under the premise role of the government, businesses, schools and industry associations, integration of all resources, complementary advantages, to promote secondary vocational school students internship work.
