Abstract


Volunteer organizations on a global scale since the 1970s, the rise and development has gradually become an active force for the development of modern society, set off a boom of volunteer service in the world. Volunteer service also has increasingly become the focus of research in the theory of academic circles at home and abroad. In the 21st century, voluntary service has become an important symbol of the international community to measure the level of civilization of a country and region. In recent years, the size of the organization and the number is constantly grow and develop, and plays a unique and important function in the economic, political, social, cultural and other fields. The volunteer organizations the world booming career, but also contemporary China ascendant career. Reform and opening up has spawned a volunteer organization with Chinese characteristics, Chinese style.
