Abstract

Job satisfaction is the staff of the work held a positive emotional response is an important psychological indicators to measure organizational performance. The teachers' job satisfaction of teachers in their work career, as well as working conditions and status of a comprehensive feelings with positive emotional colors and views. College teachers 'job satisfaction is directly reflected in the teachers' enthusiasm and passion to be the quality of teaching and management of the school performance direct impact; mental health of the college teachers not only affect the work of individual teachers and teaching conditions have a direct impact healthy growth of students. Female teachers as an important part of the college teachers, due to its complex role in society, their job satisfaction and mental health of showing the particularity of female university teachers job satisfaction and mental health research, has a more important significance. Theoretical significance, enrich and develop research on college teachers' job satisfaction and mental health, and to provide a scientific basis to resolve the related issues of female university teachers; practical significance through surveys and research, a more comprehensive grasp of female university characteristics and laws of the teachers' job satisfaction and psychological health, develop policies, and comprehensively improve job satisfaction and the level of mental health of female university teachers to achieve the goal of life of female teachers. This study was cut from the two aspects of job satisfaction and mental health, the survey of 312 female teachers of five universities in Xi'an area, SPSS16.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis. In this study, job satisfaction, self scale statistical analysis from seven dimensions (including: the work itself, leadership, management, human relations, welfare income, education to enhance the working environment and working pressure), and the main factors contrast. Psychiatric symptoms using the SCL-90 in the area of ??mental health self-rating scale for statistical analysis and the comparison of the main factors.
