Abstract


The traditional university cadre management system gradually prominent main problem is the lack of operability assessment system , to some extent, lead to distortion of the results of the exam . How to refine the different types , different levels cadre evaluation criteria, to establish a college middle managers appraisal index system is very necessary . Author from the theoretical and technological levels of the appraisal of China 's college middle managers sort out and analyze , and Hefei Institute of middle management assessment , for example , the integrated use of the classification and grading method , expert consultation questionnaire method , analytic hierarchy process and other methods, the design of the indicators , the index weights determined and index system construction useful discussions and limited case studies , and made ??forward-looking thinking on this study some scalability issues for the future of this the direction of future research laid the foundation .
