Abstract


The quality is fundamental to ensure the development of Higher Education. From the academic level, the research for the study of the Chinese universities professional certification to fill the gaps, and a more detailed study is carried out on the basis of the previous. Said that from a practical sense, this study aims to establish professional certification of higher education with Chinese characteristics, as soon as possible to establish and improve the quality of higher education in China security system to better protect the quality of higher education in China, to accelerate the development of China's higher education contribute . American higher education professional certification, use literature, comparative study, case studies, and supplemented by historical studies be fully elaborated. In this study, in addition to the introduction and the conclusion is divided into four parts. The first section provides an overview of the background of the American higher education professional certification, on the one hand, the trend of the times to promote the impact of the political and cultural ideas and needs of the government and the public and civil society actively participate in social background. On the other hand, the rapid growth of the number of higher education, the development of the professional schools, the gradual improvement of the regional and national certification and universities to protect themselves enhanced awareness and education background. The second part describes the expansion of the object of education, the increase in the number and size of institutions to expand further differentiation of the changes in the structure and discipline of higher education, making higher education increasingly complex internal structure, leading to the rise of American higher education professional certification. The third part describes the analysis of students, educational goals of American higher education professional certification standards, then from the certification application, self-assessment, the certification program, and secondly to explore the maintenance of professional certification university autonomy, adjust the leverage of professional reasonableness other functions, once again, to explore the characteristics of scientific and authoritative, democratic autonomy concluded the analysis of the problems and trends of professional certification. After the fourth part in a comprehensive analysis of the U.S. higher education professional certification, the proposed measures to build our professional certification.
