Abstract


The policy of free pay normal students education is the symbol of respecting teachers and valuing education, and its implementation is of great strategic significance. It shows to the whole society: the government should use policies in order to attract outstanding young teachers in, and even engage in educational work all life; it shows that the country attaches great importance the development of basic education, emphasis on rural education in central and western development, realize the importance of education fair.Free pay normal students education is an integrated teachers cultivating and higher education reform, integrating teachers cultivating and the future of rural regeneration and the construction of teachers as a whole , but also sets ethics cultivating, teachers develop specialized quality, normal students practice teaching skills enhance as an integrated project. How to make the normal students "get into, study well and get down " , to achieve the major strategic significance of the free policy, to a large extent, depends on the pilot universities’ cultivating models. In view of the specificity of normal students free of charge, the pilot institutions must train their new model. At present, the theoretical circle of the new teacher cultivating model for Health Research is still relatively scarce, resulting in the lack of theoretical guidance of free pay normal students cultivating. Therefore, research on free pay normal students cultivating model is particularly necessary to explore.Innovation of this article is choosing free pay normal students cultivating model as a subject, which accompanies with the times and has a high value of the theory and practice; choose S pilot University’ cultivating model as a case, the specific scope of the study, research results to guide more specific meaning; take empirical research methods, the higher the credibility of the conclusion of the study, the inadequacy of the University lies in the cultivation of the S model as a case study, although the increase of specific guidance, but the result of a single study of the University of theory to guide the other pilot Universities of less universal. Coupled with limited capacity and other personal inconvenience factors, leading to papers not to carry out deep-level empirical research and analysis, this is a major shortcoming of the paper.Overall, this study is mainly divided into two sections: the introduction and the text .Specifically:The paper first describes the causes of topics, research significance, research ideas and research methods, which is the part of this article outlines. Part I is the theory of the cultivating model, including the elements of the constituent elements and the relationship between them and the features of the model, the theoretical basis of this thesis research.PartⅡ, the writer takes normal students cultivating model of S pilot University as a case, through a survey from the free pay students, to understand the effect of the cultivating model, combine cultivating programs and the University of the questionnaire results to conduct a preliminary evaluation, analysis its advantages and disadvantages, as practical evidences for giving good suggestion to the cultivating model of S pilot University.PartⅢ, from the elements of training model, gives S pilot University some suggestion to optimize the cultivating model, and points out that S pilot University should update the cultivating concept, enhance service awareness; adjust the cultivating objectives, focus on "more farmers" characteristics; reform the cultivating methods, improve the quality of cultivating; enhance the quality of management, perfect the protection mechanism.
