Abstract


With the advent of economic globalization and the information age , the environment for the development of colleges and universities face increasingly complex and increasingly competitive , more and more potential crisis , the public and the media for the attention of the university crisis the more higher and higher . Universities overall sense of crisis , however , is still relatively weak , crisis public relations capacity is also weak . Loss of personal property as well as the image of the event of crisis , often give college . College crisis public relations work is aimed at reducing the crisis for the university images carried out . Therefore , in-depth study of the source of the university crisis and crisis PR to promote universities to set up a crisis PR system , the reality of the need of the good development of the college . This article more comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of college crisis from the combination of the theories and methods of public relations, crisis management , and related case analysis and research , university crisis defined , classification , causes analysis and prevention and response measures . This paper is divided into five parts : the first part , the significance of the research of the university public relations crisis , research goals and research methods ; second part proposed the university crisis public relations theory framework to define the related concepts involved in the university public relations crisis , including crisis public relations , crisis public relations ; part III , through the elements of the university of crisis public relations , the college crisis definition and classification , as well as public relations crisis expounded on the importance of the university , the university public relations crisis particularity and necessity analysis; proposed college crisis prevention and response measures , and analyze the success and failure cases , increase the practical operation of the article , and strive to provide a reference can not efficiently manage ; part V , Full summary also pointed out the inadequacies of this study concluded .
