Abstract


College Teachers performance evaluation and incentive system, establish and improve the integration is a huge complex project involving many circumstances, every aspect worthy of intensive study . In this thesis predecessors on teacher evaluation , evaluation system and evaluation methods , etc. a lot of work done on the basis of combined college development goals , according to the results of constructing the ordinary university teacher evaluation and incentive ideas and principles , through the design of questionnaires , the raw data collected for statistical analysis, comprehensive evaluation College teachers in teaching and research, the effect of evaluation index system, evaluation and optimization of proposed institutional system matching incentive measures and will establish the index system and evaluation methods used in empirical prove that the indicator system is scientific , effectiveness and operability , and the sample schools make relevant policy recommendations.
