Abstract


With the continuous enrollment of colleges and universities , continue to increase the size of the college building , and thus a serious shortage of capital construction funds . Currently , higher education in the initial formation of investment diversification , multi-channel sources of funds , investment diversification , the new project of building a market-oriented investment pattern . In the same time , the cause of China 's higher education institutions, mechanisms , investment and financing as the core of the \University capital construction project financing innovation, and the formation of a variety of modes . Theoretically Exploration operational thinking around the university capital construction project financing case , characteristics and fundamental to the success of its financing , the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages and risks of the various modes of university capital construction project financing , and university capital construction financing problems and countermeasures . Finally, and put forward some ideas and vision on how to do a better job of university capital construction financing . The use of social resources for the college how innovative school system , to provide ideas to improve the quality of school effectiveness and school . The main content of this paper is divided into four parts : Introduction , focuses on universities facing the development of infrastructure is a shortage of funds in the status quo . To solve the funding gap , the college has the necessary multiple modes of project financing . Followed in elaborate status quo based on the project financing of domestic and foreign universities , research objectives , research content and key issues to be solved ; chapter project financing the third chapter of the connotation, characteristics and function , and analysis , project financing framework with the participation investors direct financing and project financing mode ; through college ABS project financing , BOT financing model specific case , the existing financial data quantitative analysis on the basis of qualitative analysis of the existing problems in the the college various modes of project financing ; fourth chapter describes the risk of project financing stage and manifestations divided , the use of evaluation indicators to evaluate the risk of project financing , analysis and comparison of college projects operational risk and prevention of the financing , to come up with strategies to strengthen the management of the university infrastructure project financing ; finally come to the conclusion of this article .
