Abstract


Career guidance in secondary schools as a theory of science in the world within the wide range of the rise and spread of the objective need to adapt to the rapid economic development of the world . With the deep development of China 's reform and opening up , the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce , the job needs are constantly changing of career adaptability requirements increasing , \motivation. In recent years , the study of secondary vocational guidance is the hot spot is difficult , and has not yet formed a relatively complete theory , practice and exploration of career guidance is still in its infancy . Of this thesis is to learn from foreign mature on the basis of theoretical and practical experience of vocational guidance , from the investigation to analyze the current problems of the junior high school vocational guidance paper focuses on ordinary junior high school of vocational guidance specific approaches and methods , as well as its comprehensive mode , and strive to ordinary junior high school vocational guidance increasingly standardized and scientific , to better promote the launching of ordinary junior high school vocational guidance .
