Abstract

From 1999 to 2001, China's primary and secondary school physical education and health curriculum standards (trial version) finalized in February 2003, the Ministry of Education officially launched a physical education and health curriculum standards, and implemented throughout the country in 2005. Physical education and health curriculum standards \The new curriculum promote desalination technology teaching, focus on training the students' interest in learning and lifelong sports consciousness. Really achieve the purpose of track and field teaching students interested in lifelong sports consciousness in order to fully implement the new curriculum philosophy, physical education teachers should make efforts to improve their own quality, comprehensive improvement of the track and field teaching in the teaching process reasonable Professor contents of innovation in teaching methods to be flexible, try to use new teaching methods in the teaching activities of the organization should be more scientific and humane exercise play a proper role of athletics in youth sports, track and field fitness function to get better play. Of the literature of the subject, survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, Henan Province, part of the junior high school track and field teaching curriculum standard under investigation, more accurate reaction since the implementation of new curriculum, Henan Province, junior high school track and field teaching status, the findings are as follows: Henan as populous junior high sports facilities in general, the overall sports funding limited investment. Found in the investigation junior high school track and field teaching process, due to the lack of sports equipment and venues, as well as limited teachers' ability to implement the new curriculum philosophy inadequate, a lot of junior high school track and field teaching, teaching content, teaching methods largely follow New Standard mode before, some junior high school track and field teaching is serious marginalization of the majority of high school students interest in athletics has not been well inspired learning through athletics, and consciously participate in physical exercise, lifelong sports consciousness students in a handful of high school students no interest in track and field teaching, to participate in extra-curricular athletics exercise small number, lose the physical health status of youth athletics exercise overall poor. This shows that the distance of the new curriculum requirements of the current track and field teaching far need to be improved to a large extent. Stage of track and field teaching to better implement the educational philosophy of the new curriculum standards, should increase investment in school sports funding, efforts to improve the degree of modernization of the track and field facilities, physical education teachers to improve their professional quality, and optimization of the track and field teaching content rich Track and Field teaching methods and means.
