Abstract


The new basic education curriculum reform in China has entered the stage of full implementation . In the process of implementation of the new curriculum reform , teaching materials as a major part of the classroom teaching , has been the concern of many researchers , such as teaching materials about the new curriculum before and after the comparative study , the applicability of a certain version of the textbook as well as new textbooks building . However , regardless of the textbook how well its ultimate fate lies in its users - teachers in the hands . Teachers use textbooks to determine whether teachers able to implement the new curriculum ideas , the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform . This study is as a starting point, try to study teaching teachers how to use the textbook . I city in Shandong Province, an ordinary rural secondary X school English teachers as research subjects, collecting data through interviews , observation and collection of physical methods , showing the status of X - school English teachers use textbooks and try to analyze impact of X - school English teachers teaching material factors of the way , and then put forward a personal recommendation . The study consists of three parts : The first part introduces the research purposes and significance of this study , the research program of the design and research process , explains the two core concepts of the study and the two key words : curriculum implementation and teaching materials as well as new curriculum implementation and teaching materials ; second part is the description and analysis of the X - school English teachers use the textbook cases ; third part I try to form the conclusion of this study is the first analysis of the factors that influence the use of X - school English teachers teaching materials , and finally I raise more feasible proposals put forward by the X - school English teacher textbook use level .
