Abstract


Life is the presence of a will , such a presence should not be tired , painful, and should be happy , happy ! Author twenty years has been working in the teaching forefront , the ups and downs of the primary and secondary school teachers working deep experience, know that teachers work hard , the monotony of life , had pain , loss too , also felt the greatness of the cause of education and the teaching profession noble , and slowly become \This paper attempts to on the basis of the questionnaire from the northwest of Hubei primary and secondary school teachers work , living situation , primary and secondary school teachers teaching work experience , the true feelings of professional happiness , through research , for teachers not happy reasons, trying to explore from primary and secondary school teachers' professional happiness and enhance actual value strategy , hoping to work at the grassroots level educators learn . The article described from four parts : Part I: the significance of primary and secondary school teachers professional happiness . From the physical and mental health of the majority of teachers , teachers survival needs of the state , the power of teachers 'professional development , teachers do a good job looking for teachers ' professional happiness significance of aspects of the premise of the work , a successful career and the cause of education . Part II: basic connotation of teachers ' professional happiness . Explained from the experience of training personnel happiness, experience the students respect and love , experiential education teaching explore the basic connotation of happiness . Part III: primary and secondary school teachers of Career Happiness Survey . Individual interviews with more than a dozen schools in northwest Hubei survey of hundreds of teachers and dozens of teachers to analyze the impact of the teachers happy . Part IV: How to enhance teachers' professional happiness . Teachers happy , problem solving strategies , mainly teachers themselves how to enhance the happiness index .
