Abstract


Students establish the concept of space is geography teaching the main purpose of the brain Map Building can effectively solve this problem. The teaching maps are geographically important teaching tool, teaching maps in geography teaching occupies an important position. So how effective use of teaching map it? This study teaching map different use way to start, a series of instructional design, in the teaching process teachers focused training students to use maps, interpret blueprints analysis diagram, mapping drawings, do map notes ability, comparative analysis of teaching maps of different application methods for students to build brain map of differences. Participated in this study for students from eight teaching classes 415, by allowing students to draw the mind map of the world, comparative analysis of the students are building brain map level of detail, precision, map elements and projection type differences, the question of how the Geography Teaching effective use of teaching maps to help students build brain map strategy. In this paper, teaching map four different application methods for building brain map of a detailed comparative analysis, and on this basis proposed effective use of teaching maps geography teaching in order to achieve construct brain maps purpose strategy : (a) the process of teaching a reasonable guide students to interpret blueprints, analysis diagram: In the classroom, strengthen interpret blueprints, analysis of Figure skills training; emphasis on graphic complementary, so that the \\Careful design and screening exercises to strengthen the training. Students interpret blueprints good habits. (2) the process of teaching students purposeful use of teaching maps: in teaching so that students are often at the pictures and from the chart to find geographic information, and with the map information analyze and solve problems. (3) the process of teaching students to do the map notes: for doing the map notes, mapping exercises, so that students in the learning process by the hand to the brain, by the perceived memory, through long-term comprehensive exercises, gradually become familiar with the map information in order to achieve in the minds of reproduction. (4) the teaching process to guide students to draw the map: In the process of teaching teachers purposefully guide students compilation correlation diagram, deepen the drawing knowledge and understanding of the icon content deeply imprinted in the brain.
