Abstract


The teachers’team is an effective form of organization to carry out the work of teaching of the school. The teachers’team spirit is the important section of school culture . The thesis was divided into four parts:In the first section , it demonstrated the definition of the teachers’team and the spirit of the teachers’team . It also demonstrated that it is a spirit of a high level, which is based on the varied personalities, coordinating cooperation as the core, and natural environment as the realm.In the second section , it demonstrated strengthening the construction of senior high teacher’s team spirit contributes to great powerful integrated functions to the group of senior high school teachers, such as the function of guiding, cohering, encouraging and also controlling. Strengthening the construction of senior high teacher’s team spirit has the function of developing the culture of the school. Meanwhile it can also promote students’moral, intellectual, physical development, and therefore it has active auxiliary functions.In the third section , it demonstrated The team spiritual construction of senior high school teachers has a maneuverable mode of constructing, so people can use the educational ideal to conduct the process of the construction of teachers’team spirit. People can also perfect teachers’team spirit by means of motivating the power of the team, remodeling teachers’cultural structure and their activities.In the fourth section , according to real condition of teaching of the senior high school, The team spiritual construction of senior high school teachers can work after people carry out some strategies of the organizing and implementing in many ways. For example, people can stress the process of the construction of the school leading group and bring the key role of the Party Supervision of the Chinese into play in macroscopic perspective. At the same time, people can enhance the improvement of the team construction of the Different Grades Group, as well as the Teaching and Research Group. Furthermore, people can carry out the organizing strategies to all kinds of groups, even every team in the form of class. In that case, the team spirit will exert a great influence, bringing about much motive force to the educating and teaching process of the senior high school.
