Abstract


With the continuous reform and development of modern education,the system of educational supervision has been put forward to more and more strickt demands.The developmental supervisory evaluation system is produced and attached importance to education department under this background.The developmental supervisory evaluation system contributes to forming the shool’s self-development mechanism,enhancing the school’s overall management level,making for the building of school’s brand,and transforming the functions of educational adminstrative departments.Researching thoroughly and innovatively using this system is very important to our country’s educational supervision’s improvement.This paper consists of five parts:Part 1is a brief and short introduction of the producing background and investigative status at home and abroad.Part 2 provides a literature review of the developmetal supervisory evaluation system,expatiating the definitions,conceptions,as well as significance and characteristics.Part 3 enumerating the problems with the supervisory evaluation syestem of our country,which come up in practice,in terms of the legal system construction,the standard of evaluation,the principal part of evaluation and etc..Part 4 is a short introduction of supervisory experiences of some developed countries.Part 5 offers some proposals with regard to the improvement of the developmental supervisory evaluation system.Based on analysis of the problems in Part 2 and revelation in Part 3.This part provides such suggestions as accelerating the legislation of education and supervision law,improving the quality of the supervision team and set“base +characteristic”standard and so on.
