Abstract


\Ordinary schools \For our country in rural junior high, known as the \Our junior high and high school are compulsory in Canada, the purpose of the implementation of the same, are intended to enable students to master modern agricultural techniques or skills, therefore comparable. Canadian high school implemented a green certificate training is successful, the whole training process unfold all around skills, but also to achieve the purpose of implementing, many of which approach is worthy of our reference. This paper sought through the comparison between practices and the implementation of research to understand China's \and from the Canadian approach to seek suggestions for improvement. Text is divided into four parts. The first part is the theoretical foundation; second part describes the introduction of Canada's Green Certificate training situation and the status of implementation, and the reasons for the successful implementation of the analysis, which seek to learn from our foundation. The third part of rural junior secondary school \Among County C S Township Middle School in Jilin Province as a case of the \And based on the analysis, in the fourth section draws on successful practices in Canada, made recommendations for improvement. Improvement is mainly in two ways: First, strengthen the role of government, role of the government in solving the problem of funding policy incentives, employment advantages guide, a sound operational mechanism, improve the employment permit system and certification system and to improve the status of the role of the farmer; two Improvement of the implementation process is mainly from the transformation of educational concepts, strengthen teacher training, transition training educational content development methods, teaching methods and embodiments, students choose methods to improve the learning segment and the strict implementation of assessment as to ensure the quality of training a few aspects put forward suggestions for improvement. Research methods, this paper mainly adopts the literature, investigation and comparative law. The study used the Canadian literature method. In addition to the literature on China's research method, but also the use of a survey to County C, S Township Middle School in Jilin Province as a case was investigated through interviews and questionnaires to understand the \puts forward suggestions for improvement basis. Comparative Law has been throughout the text.
