Abstract


After the founding, especially since the reform and opening up , the Chinese government actively develop basic education, rural compulsory education has made great progress . Present, China has basically solved the rural children , \To achieve this goal , we must continue to increase funding in rural and hardware building support, but more important is to solve the problem of the construction of teachers . \Development of education in our country has entered a new stage of development in this new historical stage , to improve the quality of education , and the key is to improve the quality of teachers. Rural education in our country 's education system occupies a pivotal position , the relationship between rural economic and social development as a whole . Therefore, the development of education in our new historical stage to strengthen rural teachers, rural teachers attention problems , analyze the quality of teachers in rural situation, Exploration reasons and recommendations given solution is essential . In this paper, a junior high school as a case in rural areas , through questionnaires , interviews, understand and collect the relevant data, and the data analysis . Combined with the school's actual use of relevant data and documentation on the quality of teachers in rural status and influence factors analysis . This paper studies the structure of teachers' qualifications , age and seniority structure , subject structure , the title structure , professional affection, education and scientific research situation and the use of modern educational technology capacity means the quality of teachers in rural areas , analyzed the current situation , pointing out that the rural the quality of teachers is not high impact factor , which proposes to enhance the quality of rural teachers feasible path .
