Abstract

Teachers' professional development is the practice of the current education reform is a topic of great theoretical significance, research and educational practice shows that teachers specialization has become a successful strategy for the international promotion of the development of teacher education and to improve the social status of teachers. As an effective way to improve the overall quality of teachers, teacher professional development is bound to be our teacher education reform is an important orientation. Physical education teachers is an important part of the teachers, it is necessary theory to guide the construction and development of the use of teachers' professional development. Thesis research literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, research methods, Anshan PE Teachers Professional Development Situation and Countermeasures research aims to analyze the situation, identify problems and propose improvement measures, to further improve the professional level of the physical education teachers, to build a high-quality sports teachers to provide reference and experience. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the qualifications of the Anshan PE Teachers basic standards, but should also increase training and the introduction of efforts to improve the education level of senior high school teacher. Job title and age structure of the physical education teachers are more reasonable, especially the phenomenon of the prime of life are most conducive to carry out the work of physical education in primary and secondary schools. (2) the need for professional development, the Anshan area physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools have a clear understanding of, and their level of awareness increases with higher qualifications and lack of sufficient knowledge, but the older and less educated teachers for professional development. (3) physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Anshan area has a correct professional attitude, career stability and responsibility are enhanced with the increasing age and title, education increased. Physical education teachers with strong professional teaching ability, capable of their job, but for ordinary cultural knowledge to grasp the situation is less than ideal. Held Attitude of the vast majority of physical education teachers to engage in research to improve the quality of teaching and self-perfection is the main motivation, but the generation of scientific research capacity needs to be improved. Physical education teachers of modern educational technology in teaching and learning purposes, the young teacher of modern educational technology to grasp the situation much better than older people. (4) Anshan physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools have a strong demand for continuing education, but a variety of reasons the school's efforts to support continuing education for teachers is not enough. In addition, the effectiveness of training, training methods are outdated and monotonous, causes uneven level of training physical education teachers to the satisfaction of the effect of continuing education. (5) to observe the teaching, training education, peers, teaching and research activities Anshan physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools for professional development, at the same time, school conditions, the leadership does not support, personal financial conditions, heavy tasks factors in varying degrees, affect the physical education teachers to participate in professional development activities.
