Abstract


With the further implementation of the new curriculum , teachers feel greater pressure and challenges . The new curriculum requires teachers to change its role and become the organizers of the courses , guide and facilitator , which of course the ability of the teachers put forward higher requirements . The main object of study of this thesis is an important part of the course ability of teachers - teachers in curriculum design capacity , it is the prerequisite and guarantee for the course effective implementation . The thesis using the method in the literature , questionnaires , interviews and narrative research method . First , the existing research has combed pointed out that the three value orientation of teachers in curriculum design , one is forced by the pressure of the curriculum design orientation , such as orientation to meet school requirements , examination orientation ; improve and develop the curriculum design orientation such as raising the quality of teaching , teaching and curriculum design development orientation for students ; conducive to the implementation of the curriculum design orientation . Analysis of the four elements of curriculum design , of course the main course objectives , course content and course evaluation . Reveals the different dimensions of the curriculum structure and influencing factors of design capacity . Secondly, the new curriculum implementation and teacher performance Survey research and analysis , informed of the current evaluation system is not perfect , no reasonable use and teacher stress can not be ignored in the status of the school system and cultural curriculum resources , also informed the teachers ' curriculum design weak awareness and lesson planning orientation into the status of misunderstanding teacher curriculum design . Again , on the specific case , the main research resource selection and use of teachers , lesson planning and instructional design . According to the existing problems in the above four research methods teachers curriculum design , the paper improve the teachers curriculum design capacity from both schools and teachers put forward 10 recommendations . With regard to schools should provide adequate curriculum resources , establish a reasonable evaluation system and build a good culture ; teachers regard, it should establish a correct view of course , enhanced awareness of their own curriculum , improve teaching motivation to strengthen all aspects of the study of knowledge , routinely wash in the habit of thinking , strengthen the exchange of learning between teachers and enhance language skills .
