Abstract


Entering the new century , Korea scholars in the education sector for secondary school teachers pre-service training to constantly reflect , pointed out the existing problems , a lot of improvement . This article is mainly secondary school teachers training institutions from South Korea to start with study of Korean secondary school teacher training institutions , student selection , curriculum, educational practice four main problem . To this end, the first Korean middle school pre-service teacher training improvement program in the background , the background is divided into the background of the times , the theoretical basis and practical background . According to the background of the times required by the pre-service teacher training and theoretical foundation, realistic practical background to show the status and problems , based on these three areas , generally , summed up the South Korean scholars secondary school teachers in this context pre-service training to improve the program . For these improvements program analysis, evaluation , and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the various options , and on this basis the critical reference .
