Abstract


With the left-behind children is increasingly becoming the focus of attention, research on children left behind are also increasing, but previous studies on children left behind have focused on children left behind parents are away on mental health, life, behavior, learning and other aspects of adverse effects. While the existence of their own children left behind very few positive factors involved, for the left-behind children educational intervention studies also rare. This study was designed from the perspective of positive psychology, a good fit for the left-behind children to explore psychological resilience and mental flexibility through a key factor - the general self-efficacy training, trying to improve the general self-efficacy through to achieve improved children left behind psychological resiliency purposes. Rear Students study 576 were tested, using the \general self-efficacy and psychological explores the relationship between flexibility and for general self-efficacy training to improve mental flexibility Rear Students for students left the mental health education to improve reference and basis. Consolidation of the research, the main draw the following conclusions: 1. Rear Students of general self-efficacy in terms of gender there was no significant difference in the grades on the existence of significant differences, the main differences is the first day and second day, the specific performance of early two junior high school students staying general self-efficacy was significantly lower than the first day. The junior high school students staying general self-efficacy on other background variables there was no significant difference. 2 Rear Students Psychological flexibility in gender and grade on, there were significant differences in the specific performance, girls scored higher than boys psychological resilience; grades comparison, the first two days of psychological resilience score lowest in three grades, who started and three days of psychological resilience scores were not significantly different. 3 high psychological resilience group staying middle and low psychological resilience group psychological resilience Rear Students in both the factors there are significant differences. 4. General self-efficacy could predict psychological resilience, mental flexibility is an important protective factor, psychological resilience protective factors in the school, the family protective factors, community protective factors and protective factors companion for general self-efficacy has important implications . 5 through the general self-efficacy training, junior high school students staying psychological resilience has increased, which indicates that general self-efficacy through training to improve mental flexibility test is effective, the intervention can improve children left behind as an effective psychological resilience form.
