Abstract


The era of knowledge economy investment in human capital has gone beyond the material and monetary capital investment and generate the factors of production and social wealth . The investment in education is the main form of investment in human capital . So managers at home and abroad began to realize that education is increasingly important to enhance the role of human capital investment . Therefore , how to evaluate the role of investment in education , what measures science education investment to become the focus of current research . This paper uses a combination of logical analysis and empirical analysis , the study proposes that the main countermeasures to speed up the upgrading of Anhui human capital through investment in education . The article first analyzes the research status and problems of the human capital investment . Secondly, the two levels of analysis from the theory of human capital investment and investment in the status quo of Anhui Education , dissect the education of the importance of investment in human capital to enhance the process and the establishment of investment in education to enhance the human capital evaluation index system . Finally, given for investment in education , investment in education Countermeasures in Anhui . Of this study was to construct a system of evaluation of investment in education and how science education investment system has a strong practicality and operability has positive significance to enhance the human capital of Anhui .
