Abstract


Along with the development of information technology and various of educational theories, society makes more strictly demands on teacher. One way to promote teacher to accommodate the change of teaching idea and method of information age is the universality of education technology. Although modern educational technology have fully developed in terms of teachers, setting of course content, teaching environment and so on, the lack of class hour still restrict the development of educational technology capability of pedagogical student. Rubric includes criteria which describe the important elements of task and descriptions which reveal the capability of every level of performance. These makes rubric a assessment tool with instructional characteristic naturally. So we use rubric in this research to make up the limitation mentioned above.This research has done some benefit attempts as follows:(1)Considering the differences of pedagogical student and in service teacher, this article designate educational technology capability that pedagogical student should master according to the analysis of NETS-T and "educational technology capability of teachers of primary and middle schools standard".(2)Because rubric is used to assess the important elements of task, so designation of rubric can not be separated from designation of task. According to the educational technology capability summarized above, this article designed independent tasks in a holistic framework.(3)Whether we make full advantage of rubric’s instructional characteristic and assessment’s objective depend on the description and designation of criteria and performance’s level of rubric. This article combined Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives and Gagne’s theory of learning classification and designed a set of rules to design and describe criteria and performance’s level of rubric. According to these rules, we designed rubrics for part of educational technology capability.Rubric of educational technology capability which is designed according to the thoughts above could provide informative feedback. It is convenient for the pedagogical student to involve in the IT learning more actively and voluntarily. In this way, the pedagogical student will meet current requirements.
