Abstract


The party's congress report clearly stated: Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation fairness in education is an important foundation for social justice. In the process of building a harmonious society, maintaining educational equity, to promote balanced development of education has become China's current education reform and development of a major issue. The balanced development of compulsory education is the focus of the community. In order to understand the development of compulsory education in interscholastic actual situation, in my Yanta District, a primary and a general focus on primary schools as a case study. Non-balanced development of compulsory education not only led to a serious imbalance in educational equity, \The author believes that in order to better promote the balanced development of compulsory education in intercollegiate, we must first establish a correct concept of the balanced development of compulsory education in intercollegiate and scientific strategy concept, recognizing fair balanced development of compulsory education requirement is to build a socialist harmonious society. To insist on equality and the principle of combining support, attention to vulnerable groups, to strengthen the weak areas, weak school funds to support efforts to narrow the gap with strong school. Followed by all levels of government education authorities should establish early warning monitoring, educational information through the statistics, summary and analysis, to establish a scientific monitoring model, to grasp the different regions, interscholastic development of compulsory education and the gap between the actual situation, and then onwards to early warning and regulatory role.
