Abstract


Classroom teaching is the basic form of school education and teaching activities , building effective classroom teaching evaluation system , promote the new curriculum reform, the implementation of effective teaching and to promote the professional development of teachers . On the basis of effective teaching theory , the theory of management by objectives , the new theory of basic education and the education target classification theory , we propose : the so-called effective teaching , optimization and innovation is the development of students as a core value of Curriculum and Instruction . The so - called effective classroom teaching , optimization and innovation in the classroom teaching under the guidance of the effective teaching philosophy is the concept of effective teaching in the classroom teaching practice . At the same time , we further define the concept of effective classroom teaching evaluation that : effective classroom teaching evaluation is to assess and judge the value of classroom teaching under the guidance of the effective teaching philosophy . Based on the core concept , we build effective classroom teaching evaluation of five criteria: curriculum , students , process , characteristics , and effectiveness . Implement effective teaching evaluation criteria five basic principles : the principle of normality , the standard principle , the development of the principle of systematic principle and learning principles. In order to ensure the effective implementation of effective classroom teaching evaluation criteria , we build a self- reflective evaluation , peer assessment with subject teachers and experts to co-construct classroom teaching evaluation mechanisms . So as to really build up an effective classroom teaching evaluation system .
