Abstract


In recent years, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is becoming increasingly serious , the crime rate was increasing in recent years , as a common international phenomenon , juvenile delinquency and environmental pollution , drug abuse and trafficking and called the world's three public nuisance . Protection of minors and the prevention of crime , has become the hot issues of social concern . View the status and characteristics of the minors crime , juvenile delinquency , both environmental factors and social roots , but also by subjective factors . In this paper, the status of juvenile delinquency , the analysis of the causes of crime by minors , and as a point of departure from the comprehensive education , legislative perfect criminal policy investigate juvenile delinquency prevention measures . In addition to the introduction and conclusion , is divided into the following four parts : Part I: Overview of juvenile delinquency . This section discusses the concept of juvenile delinquency and its definition of the status quo of Chinese and foreign minors crime legislation . This part of the use of logical analysis overview of offenses against minors . Part II: present situation and development trend of juvenile delinquency . The parts from the scale continues to increase , crime younger age group is evident cases of malignant increase of manner intelligent relationship network and juvenile delinquency discusses six aspects of juvenile delinquency present situation and development trend . Part III: the causes of crime by minors . The part of the cause of the crime from external and internal review of the two minors : First, combined with four external environmental factors in families, schools, culture , social analysis , then from physiological factors, psychological factors and behavioral factors on the underlying causes of juvenile delinquency . Part IV: juvenile delinquency prevention and control measures . The part of the article focuses on three aspects of the crime by minors educational measures , legislative improvement and criminal policy improvement , combined with the current judicial practice based on existing research , and offenses against minors prevention measures detailed analysis .
