Abstract


The traditional youth work mostly from the country's needs , the objective to serve the order and the interests of society as a whole , the implementation of indoctrination and control the behavior of young people . This indoctrination and control behavior ignore the adolescent personality development and actual demand , the formation of the relationship of the upper and lower levels of education . Youth development needs are not met , the youngsters often conflict with such acts of control . The concept of social services for disadvantaged urban youth work provides a new model . The concept of social services focus on issues of young people 's actual needs and difficulties . Vulnerable groups of young people as the weakest link in the adolescents , need the community to give them more care and help . This article take a combination of text research and in - depth interviews , to consider from the city 's disadvantaged youth groups and social service providers and the actual effectiveness of the actual condition of the city disadvantaged youth groups and social services . Among them , the provision of social services to clarify the policy basis for priority areas and specific providers and delivery ; effectiveness of social services is based on in-depth interviews , respectively consideration the recipients of the services , the service provider for the existing social services evaluation. Finally, we return to the ideological and political education , to reflect the status of ideological and political education from the perspective of the social services , clear differences in the social services and the ideological and political education philosophy , to clarify the new mode of social services from the actual needs of the young people should become youth work .
