Abstract


Social relationship, which social members live in and rely on to seek development, is foundation of social order and basic network of social life. It reflects the social structure and its transition. In order to seek the way of reconstructing the rural social order, this paper adopts structuralism analysis, social network analysis, statistical investigation analysis combined with field research, fuses the theoretical research and empirical research, studies systematically the current basic situation, main causes, adjustment strategy of the social relationship of the countryside in the Northeast. Research shows that social relationship of the countryside in the Northeast presents a series of characters: from closeness to openness, from traditionalism to modernism, from the perceptual to the rational. But it still presents obvious ethic characteristic and "the pattern of difference sequence" is still the basic operation mode of countryside social relationship. The social relationship of the countryside in the Northeast is mainly shaped by national policies, induced by market economic factors and influenced deeply by vacancy of village organizations, embodying out certain contraction and complexity. On the analysis of current situations and causes of countryside social relationship, this article further points out three strategies to adjust it, namely the fission and recombination of "the pattern of difference sequence" ,social confidence crisis and its defusing, the vacancy and reconstruction of social capital. It is important to set up the development view of new rural area by countryman-standard. This kind of view aims to arouse the peasants’ productive and creative enthusiasm, to improve their qualities and self-development capacities, to enhance their social welfare. It emphasizes respecting peasants’ rights and profits, pays attention to training and exploring their self-development capacities. It also points out that the fundamental way to solve "Three agricultural problems" is intrinsic development of peasants. So setting up the development view of new rural areas by countryman-standard has great significance to adjust countryside social relationship and promote new countryside construction.
