Abstract


Intellectual property rights as an important part of the development of modern society has become an indispensable a legal system. With the continuous development of copyright protection system and perfect, on the one hand, human culture prosperity; On the other hand, rely on copyright protection and the survival and development of the copyright industry and copyright trade, is a part of today's knowledge economy and information economy strong power. Based on copyright and copyright trade concepts and characteristics of the analysis, this paper on China's copyright trade development process and characteristics of the in-depth analysis, and put forward the current China is a copyright trade small, weak, but the copyright trade development help to improve China's soft power. This article USES SWOT method, the China copyright trade development environment of a deep study, points out that the development of China's copyright trade advantages disadvantages exist but also not small, have opportunity but there is also a challenge. In the developed countries for reference the experience of copyright trade, this article from the government, industry associations and press three different levels put forward to develop the China copyright trade of specific measures.
