Abstract


Agriculture, rural areas and farmers the overall development of relations between the party and the state career, has always been a high degree of attention. Agriculture as the basis of industry, agricultural development innovation determines the realization of national innovation. Agricultural innovation is to informationization as the driving force to build a new modern agricultural system.
