Abstract


Because of its unique agenda-setting function,the mass media has extensive infiltration in all respects of social life,and is influencing people to treat view and attitude of the question deeply,thus change the views on the things of people,and further influence the change on people’s behavior.And environmental protection propagates and is regarded as the right away important social topic,it achieves the goal of making people accept psychologically,implement environmental protection in the action by propagating the information related to environmental protection by certain means,the present environmental protection of our country propagates and exists the place not complete again,and demanding prompt solution,after this text uses the agenda to set up the theory to carry on necessity and rationality propagated in environmental protection through proving,try two angles from the time of crisis and stability period to probe into the agenda and set up the application in environmental protection propagate of the theory,in the hope of making environmental protection spread and produce the ideal result.
