Abstract


Voice of the people in today's society is an important part of democracy and the rule of law . Establish smooth and effective channels for the expression of public opinion has become the general trend of globalization , however, due to different country-specific circumstances is not an easy task . Through the actual investigation and analysis, restricting our current network to identify the factors that expression of public opinion , and to take case analysis approach is proposed to improve the network of public opinion expressed environmentally friendly methods , the main purpose of this article . In this paper, the use of an empirical analysis of research methods to Xu Ting Case ( Xu Ting : The accused from runaway bank automated teller machines \two types of expression. On this basis , that the expression of public opinion in the network of the main problems , such as invalid feedback , distorted facts , irrational expression and single channel , etc., and then from the concept , system, culture , technology and other aspects affecting network dig the expression of public opinion factor lies. Finally, the above problems, this expression of public opinion on how to improve the network environment, put forward corresponding proposals and measures , including: the concept of change , institutional improvement, technology optimization and a sound legal system and so on.
