With the rapid development of Internet technology , continuous improvement of the level of information , online government and online business as a new mode of communication , has been widely used , since April 1, 2005 began implementing the \since the digital certificate-based authentication in a variety of authentication methods more and more attention , protection of network applications has become an important security authentication options. Web-based applications on the application identity of the subject put forward higher requirements, the authentication method is especially important to build , how to build a safe , advanced and convenient online authentication services for applications subject by law to provide reliable technical support, is the online government and the healthy development of online business is a key issue. Through dynamic password , digital certificates, and single sign-on and other key technology, to achieve a unified identity management , allowing users to just one identity authentication system can achieve access to multiple applications , improve user productivity , and enhance security of the system , reducing the heavy administrative burden. In this paper , we use a matrix based on dynamic password technology to enhance the digital certificate card access control , in order to achieve the client digital certificate , the server mutual authentication , improve system security, reduce client costs, relatively well WEB solve the user -oriented services in a distributed environment unified authentication issue.
