Abstract


The implementation of ERP is an important way of enterprise information . Curing traditional ERP system business processes , lack of flexibility, once the business process changes necessary to modify many of the relevant code . Therefore, in order to flexibly and efficiently manage business processes , ease of system maintenance and extensions , the necessary workflow technology into the ERP system design and development process . WfMS workflow modeling specifications and technical methods to analyze the internal relations of the workflow and ERP systems , system architecture design a combination of both . At the top of this structure , combined with the characteristics of the material control business process model , organizational model , resource model and workflow relevant data . Instance by the workflow engine and process research , analysis , material control the state of the business process and business flow control rules , as well as the necessary database structure . A core workflow engine management module is designed for process monitoring , including a support for custom document object , the user to adapt to changes in business processes , thus increasing the flexibility of the system . Finally, given DentUSA Dental Co., Ltd. ERP material control system design and development examples . Three modules for warehouse management, purchasing management, basic data management , functional analysis and design of systems such as AJAX, ORM development of key technologies , and highlights I realize the process of workflow-based procurement module . The systems running results show that the workflow technology can improve the efficiency of the design and development of ERP systems , enhance system flexibility, reduce development costs and shorten the development cycle .
