Abstract


Nowadays, the capacity of the chemical industry has been excessed, the product has been oversupplied,the rate of productivity has not been high at all and the market is getting more and more competitive. Since 2008, Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group faced raw materials, energy and labor cost rising, while the selling price declined. Together with deficiency of company resources, the company must face many problems such as lowing quality resource, rising energy prices, difficult control of product cost and the decline of selling profit. In such a harsh reality, how to strive for surviving and developing, how to achieve the objectives of becoming a first-class benefit and international competitive salt chemistry base,and how to keep the durable competitive advantage in the same line is the article’research......the company’s core competitiveness.The article present the core competitive research achievements and advanced experience, using the way of integrate theory with practice and contrast and analysis, to summary, analysis, evaluate the reality of the chemical industry and Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group. The article also using the Value-chain theory for the deep research of the value chain in Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group. It conclude that the chemical industry maintain resource advantages and provide the maximum value of the raw material suppliers and manufacturers is the way to realize the greatest value. The material recycling utilization ability, the technical research and development ability and its processing ability is the three entity abilities which Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group possessed a certain advantages and potential capacity and it is also the core competitiveness of its constituent elements. Finally, the article designs the steps and measures about building core competitiveness in Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group, namely how Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group constructing its own core competitive ability and how to build the methods of the above three entities abilities. Through the research of core competitiveness, this article hopes the executive should keep consicious clearly and objective mind in the current situation and improve the current production management form. Also, the article hopes to bring new ideas about the development of the Zhuzhou Chemical Industrial Group and help it to achieve their strategic objectives.
