Abstract


Since the 1980s , in the context of globalization of the world economy and the integration of world service trade the rapid development of the role of the development of the world economy is growing . How to combine their actual situation , seize the opportunities brought about by the development of international trade in services is increasingly becoming the focus of attention of Governments and scholars . The 1990s , with the ongoing negotiations of the General Agreement on Trade in Services and its follow-up , the level of world services trade liberalization gradually increase dependence deepening of trade in services between countries , the liberalization of trade in services has brought to the world economy a new opportunity also brings more risks and challenges . Since 2007 , the outbreak and spread of the world financial crisis for the rapid development of the world trade in services , especially such a big developing country like China has sounded the alarm . In such a world economic environment , rational , comprehensive understanding of the current development boom of world trade in services , trade in services combined with the actual situation of the country , conscientiously sum up the lessons of the countries in the world in the process of the development of trade in services , find true nationally appropriate the path of the development of trade in services is particularly important. Since the reform and opening up , China's trade in services has been rapid development , but hidden behind the remarkable achievements . The financial crisis has given China's service trade caused a big blow , but also gave us rethink and correct errors opportunity . This article aims to factor analysis of the impact of China's service trade , according to the actual situation of China 's service trade development , policy recommendations proposed the development of trade in services in line with China 's national conditions . Papers on the basis of the research at home and abroad , combined with the development of trade in services in which domestic and international environment, and China's service trade development status , the use of the 1985-2008 China's service trade statistics , empirical analysis of the factors affecting the development of China's service trade , and the combination of the financial crisis , suitable for China 's service trade development policy recommendations .
