Abstract


Purpose: The subject of“Study on pharmacognosy,processing and compatibility of the ginseng flower”and research on the pharmacognosy,the change of the ginsenoside and other chemical composition content before and after the processing, compatibility.Method: we use Ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the basic component of ginseng flower before and after processed; we use high separation degree LC and fly time mass spectrum to analyse the ginsenoside in bud,handle and receptacle of ginseng. To determine the ginsenoside before and after ginseng flower compatibility of medicines with High Separation Degree LC and carry on research about the phamacology effect; we use ELIASA to determine the ability of eliminate DPPH radical,O-radical and total anti-oxidability, and discuss the prophylaxis and treatment effect of ginseng flower eluate in acute gastric ulcer.Result: The content of basic component of ginseng flowerhas a big change before and after processed; it have a certain ability of anti-oxidability, but antioxidant VC have a better ability in anti-oxidability than it. The ginseng flower have a good effect to prophylaxis and treatment the acute gastric ulcer. And the active principle ginsenoside which comes from the extract solution of compatibility of ginseng flower and Astragalus mongholicus Radix Ophiopogonis dosen’t improve the immunity of the little mouse in swimming and bear-anoxia experiment, but it improved the immunity of the mouse in thermostability and cold-resistant experiment to a certain degree.Conclusion: The purpose of this experiment is study on pharmacognosy, processing, compatibility and establish of a simple, easy method of composition analysis of ginseng flower, lay the foundation for deeper study of the ginseng flowers.
