Abstract


Beginning in August 2007 , the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis is full-blown financial derivatives dramatically enlarge the loss of assets , financial magnates bankruptcy . Impact quickly spread to developed countries in Europe , eventually leading to a liquidity contraction of the worldwide financial industry , market demand recession , a substantial reduction in investment , the formation of a new round of international financial crisis . Africa and other developing countries in recent years , on the other hand , the rapid development due to rising commodity prices , and large inflows of investment , including investment from China is the fastest-growing . But the outbreak of the financial crisis , developed countries a significant reduction in investment in developing countries , which makes the rapid economic development of Africa and other developing countries facing financial difficulties . Significantly reduced investment in developing countries , developed countries, this is a rare opportunity to promote investment in developing countries for China . The international financial crisis is \The rapid economic growth has been the growing strength of our country , our country has the ability to play a more important role in the world economy . Thus, in the current financial crisis should actively \Therefore, the purpose of this article is that the exposition of the financial crisis with investment conditions in developing countries , and the financial crisis in China to carry out the special investment income , and analysis of the key target sectors for investment in developing countries . On this basis , the paper argues that China should African countries as key areas for investment in developing countries , and to prove both of favorable conditions for investment in African countries as well as special income . In addition, the investment of Chinese enterprises in Africa recommendations and measures , and the combination of these measures put forward policy recommendations. These studies has a certain timeliness and the reference value in the current financial crisis .
