Abstract


Profit model is the approach taken by the enterprise to achieve profit targets , the business activities of major strategic and operational level , including four path elements of the source of profits , the profit point , profit leverage and profit barrier design , eventually formed helps to achieve profitable operations path combination . Source of profits , refers to the purchase of goods or services provided by the enterprise and user groups , they are the only source of corporate profits . Profit point , enterprises can obtain a profit of products or services , it reflects the firm's output . The profit leverage refers to the production of products or services , as well as to attract customers to purchase and use the product or service a range of business activities . Profit barrier precautions taken to prevent competitors from plundering the profits of the enterprise . A hotel is a four-star state-owned high-end hotel , due to historical reasons and the market environment of the local hotel industry downturn , the operating conditions are less than ideal . Up to now, although after strengthening management , hotel to achieve a reduced losses , but their income level is not yet achieve the objectives and requirements of the hotel 's overall profitability can not be achieved to the Shareholder dividend income requirements , and how to improve its overall profitability , shareholders income has become a important subject to be studied .
