Abstract


21st Century With the rapid development of science and technology, mankind has entered the information society. The media industry is undergoing rapid change as an important information media, the media industry, the role of public opinion and market-oriented social construction becomes more obvious. With further accelerate the pace of China's reform and opening up, the direction of the establishment of China's market-oriented reform of the economic system, the development of the media industry in China has entered a critical period. Chinese media enterprises not only to accelerate the reform and development, but also deal with competition and challenges from foreign multinationals. How to speed up the process of China's media industry, and enhance the international competitiveness of the media enterprises has become urgent problems our government. With the establishment of a number of media group early this century, the industrialization of China's media has begun to take shape. But after decades of development and not expected to leapfrog leap, but appear backward traditional plan regulation system, the formal system of insufficient supply, the prevalence of the media industry \hinder the overall development of China's media industry, and weaken the overall interests of the media industry. Industry, the purpose of the regulation is to establish a standardized and fair competition in the market order. Good industry regulatory policies for enterprises to create a good environment for market competition. Our traditional forms of regulation of the planned economy model can no longer meet the needs of the development of the Chinese market and building a socialist market economy. Need to make healthy and rapid development of the media industry so as to establish a line with the market operation rules, fair, transparent and publicly run regulation of the media industry, in line with the objective reality for the media industry to build a market environment and market order. So this paper around China industrial regulation and how to reform this problem, and in-depth analysis to attempt to identify the regulation of China's media industry and the problems put forward in the direction of reform and measures. The paper is divided into six chapters, in the first chapter of part of the article introduces the background of China's media industry regulation change research, and the significance of the study. So that we can have a general understanding of the current situation and existing problems of the development of China's media industry. Clear theoretical and practical significance of the Regulatory Reform of China's media industry. The second chapter I, respectively, of the theory of the evolution of the domestic and foreign regulatory analysis and theoretical research status quo of media regulation at home and abroad broad summary of the results achieved, for the regulation of the media industry are well theoretical preparation. In the sixth chapter of the final chapter of my shortcomings and deficiencies exist in the regulation of China's media industry based on the status quo of China's market economy development and regulation of the development of China's media industry to put forward their own views and propositions.
