Abstract


Media industry is an important pillar industry of national economy , which guide public opinion , it is also creating great wealth . The combination of the media industry and the capital was supposed to be a win-win thing. On the one hand , the domestic media industry with tremendous potential lucrative returns on the capital has great appeal ; the other hand, require substantial capital investment as industry , the media industry itself on the capital also has a huge demand. However, due to the particularity of the media industry itself , has been troubled by the problem of financing the development of China's media industry a major constraint . Sub-sectors of the media industry belongs to the large difference between them is large , the film industry, though the proportion of the entire media industry is not high , but as the earlier open media industry sub-sectors in recent years, there are many in financing breakthrough study of its financing for other sub-sectors of the media industry has a typical significance. Firstly, from the media industry, industry characteristics , combining its industry characteristics analysis of its particularity in the financing , and then summed for general media enterprises financing , and its sub-sectors of the film industry as an example, in the film industry financing some of the practices , and finally there is the real problem of financing of media companies were analyzed and gives the author's own proposals.
