Abstract


The Tibetan Plateau of sustainable tourism development and natural ecological environment impact assessment is the plateau of the important issues of the development of tourism resources . The tourist area of the Qinghai - Tibet Plateau is the emerging regions of China's reform and opening up , the development of the tourist boom , its tourism resources with a highly integrated , unique ; 's natural, cultural , social and ecological environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is very fragile and unstable . Therefore , how to find an effective measure of the ecological carrying capacity of the tourism industry is a key factor to ensure sustainable tourism development of Tibetan Plateau and guide tourism development . This article is based on the ecological footprint theory and methods to be applied to tourism environmental impact study . That the use of tourism ecological footprint theory model , from tourist transportation , travel accommodation , tourism, catering , tourism, entertainment and sightseeing and shopping six empirical analysis . The study selected as the object of study in major cities on the tourist routes of the Qinghai - Tibet Plateau , Xining City . The results show that : 2006 Xining City Tourism Ecological Footprint : tourism ecological footprint per capita .02975 hm to . The largest proportion of tourist traffic , accounting for 75% ; followed by food and beverage , was approximately 20.7% . Entertainment group ( 320,312.5 yuan / hm ~ 2) and tour group ( 252,850 yuan / hm ~ 2) eco-efficiency ; Xining per capita ecological footprint demand 2.08hm ~ 2, such as to meet the travel needs of tourists , the tourists years the per capita ecological footprint of 10.4 hm ~ 2, is 5.2 times the per capita ecological footprint in Xining City . The results showed that the important factor in tourism activities is a great activity for the consumption of natural resources , but also affect the ecological environment in Xining City . Compared to the ecological carrying capacity , Xining tourism is still in the benign stage of development , but its tourism development still need to go the eco-friendly route , the city of the future development of tourism should control the rise of tourism ecological footprint and adjust the structure of tourism products in order to improve the eco-efficiency groups proportion. Concludes with a discussion of the limitations of the study , the difficulties of the strengths and weaknesses , and empirical studies of tourism ecological footprint model problem , put forward for the follow-up study of the ecological footprint of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Tourism .
