Abstract


Contemporary social enterprises have become an important part of the life of the national economy, it is linked to all of us through a variety of ways. And by the impact of modern economics, ethics does not involve \Most people think of the enterprise's own behavior has nothing to do with the moral, ethical business is not the same thing. The general view is called \The business activities must follow certain rules, but the law can not be used as the sole criterion for guiding business activities. Obligation to assume the corresponding social responsibility as important an enterprise engaged only benefit its own business activities, business owners should not be arbitrary, enterprises should take full account of their own decision-making and behavior may be on the environment, public as well as the impact of the public interest. Therefore, the need of effective ethical to do legal supplement, to build a modern business ethics has become an urgent need to solve the world problems. From the study of modern economics \the harmonious development of the socio-economic and cultural basis for a theory thinking. Thesis a more detailed introduction to the business activities should be ethical requirements and related economic theory, discusses the relationship of the three aspects of the economic motives and moral concern, business philosophy and social responsibility, as well as individual obligation and moral law, clarify the origins of the economic ethics and code of ethics. Discusses the rational approach through the analysis of the value-oriented business activities to identify the most prominent modern social and economic life, the value of paradox, pointed out that the underlying causes of the lack of business ethics, stressed the necessity and urgency of building moral restraint mechanisms . Through institutional analysis, game analysis, the use of cost-benefit analysis and the principal - agent analysis method to identify the build corporate ethics and restraint mechanisms must be important information and inspiration. The three internal ethical behavior and corporate international operations outside the enterprise ethical behavior, moral analysis, to be discussed important part of modern business ethics remodeling.
