Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy and the development of economic globalization competition amongst the domestic or foreign enterprise will be cultural competition ultimately, constructing of corporate culture is becoming cornerstone which enhances competitiveness increasing and important certainties which affect survival and development of enterprises. For example to BZ branch, to strengthen the municipal building of enterprise culture of theoretical research, for municipal and corporate culture can be used to provide the building with practical significance of theoretical guidance, provide reference implementation of the method is particularly necessary.First of all, this article reviews corporate culture theory, analyzes corporate culture’s definition and content, function and features, then it overviews the corporate culture theory of the municipal branch of China Mobile, based on the combination of theory, analyzes its development, deployment and so on. It points out problems about corporate culture. For example to BZ branch, it analyzes company corporate culture construction status, points out that BZ branch in the corporate culture-building inadequacies. At last, it points out specific measures to improve.The results show that, BZ branch made some efforts in the building of enterprise culture, but there are some faults in terms of ideology, construction and implementation. BZ branch must improve culture building from ideology, construction and implementation, and construct organization, system, training, communication and communication enterprise culture system, establish modern corporate culture filled with characteristic of time and vigor, strengthen enterprises competitiveness, all of these can help enterprise stride forward in market competition ahead and achieve sustainable development.
