Abstract


Academia study of modern foreign investors mainly focus on two aspects of foreign investment in China and the government external debt , rarely involves the introduction of foreign capital from Chinese -funded enterprises angles and levels to study . While the cotton textile industry occupies a pivotal position in modern Chinese development of light industry , research writings also fruitful , but the introduction of foreign investment for Chinese-owned cotton textile enterprises , some research and some information is scattered , larger and some differences of opinion , this article intends to comb the basis of historical data described in the summary of the situation of foreign investment in Chinese-owned cotton textile enterprises in recent history as well as in-depth case analysis on why these foreign companies will choose to introduce . Firstly, based on the author statistics introduction of modern Chinese-owned cotton textile enterprises foreign table detailing the different attitudes of the early activities and those in charge of foreign investment in some companies for the introduction of foreign capital , but also by the historical data that the foreign party in the introduction of foreign capital , including Japanese-funded three foreign parties as well as the introduction of foreign capital have significantly more disputes . Followed for cases of massive borrow foreign phenomenon found in the overall statistics 1921-1922 , I tried to historical facts , combined with the economic and financial environment, the enterprise funds to restore the activities of the foreign investment in these enterprises . And preliminary analysis of the reasons that this major enterprise financing difficulties encountered at the time , not only due to the mode of operation within the effective lack of funds , lack of effective financing system to meet the business development and also from an external point of view .
