Abstract


The geological exploration is a vital basal work for economy, national defense and society development in our country. Now,the entrepreneurial innovation of most geological exploration departments are driven by the government in our country. So, it is a problem how our state geological exploration departments carry through the“entrepreneurial”road. Geology Engineering Exploration Institute in Baoding city, Hebei province modulates organization structure, fetches actively in modern enterprise management mechanism and introduces creationarily managing ideas of balance scorecard. It gains upstanding economy benefit and society benefit. It will come true unitization of development stratagem of enterprise, organization structure and administration management finally by mechanism innovation driving modulation of organization structure.
