Abstract


Since the 1990s,the research of project management in our country had the very big progress and is widely applied in the various trades and occupations.The electric power project in our country has also implemented the project management in 1994,but the project risk management actually has not obtained the enough value,the risk measure has not made,it has delayed the project progress,construction cost large increase,the project construction goal realizes with difficulty.The foundation of this paper is risk management of transformer substation construction project and distinguished each kind of risk which possibly met in the construction process in the transformer substation items of basic construction;The indicator system has been established from the reason angle which produces from the risk;According to the analysis to common risk evaluation methods,the improve LEC method has been put. Then the practical application of transformer substation project was given.Finally the constructive measures of risk management of the transformer substation project are suggested.
