Abstract


China 's regional electricity market environment , the power market to match the range of applications of the trading mechanism is more and more widely , the bidding transaction risk can not be ignored . Based on the sources of risk , this paper , the problem of how to avoid the risk , given the main electricity market transaction - oriented trust , trust , and related definitions , a simple , easy to be accepted by the market participants based on trust the electricity markets degrees brokered transaction model TMTM, and the model algorithm . The difference when compared with the existing comprehensive evaluation method of the main power transactions , the model comprehensive application of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy Quantitative Trading main trust and confidence in , and in accordance with the characteristics of the electricity market will indicators Classification consider ; consider the time decay trust management methods are commonly used on the overall assessment of the results of attenuation , to smaller deal attenuation through the constructor trust index score membership function .
