Abstract


Benjamin Graham , the father of value investing theory \profitability actual value ) . Buffett, the richest men in the world in 2008 both faithful believer of value investing philosophy , but also the greatest practitioners . Warren Buffett : \In this article , the authors selected China Power (2380.HK) as an analytical object , hoping to take advantage of the MBA while studying to master knowledge of company fundamentals , industry status and trends , enterprise development strategy and historical financial performance analysis in order to try to accurately predict the future performance of the company . On this basis , China Power 's future business performance , and the weighted average cost of capital estimates. The last comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the use of company value theory and model , combined with sensitivity analysis calculated China Power stock reasonable price of about HK $ 2.02 . Stock market prices compare with the valuation date ( March 31, 2009 ) , China Power stocks are undervalued , to recommend investors : buy .
